SAM’Z Holidays — House Rules
Welcome! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and for the upkeep of our properties, we ask that you please follow these rules. Violations may result in deductions from your security deposit or additional charges.
By booking with us, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. Check-In / Check-Out & Occupancy
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: by 12:00 PM
- Early check-in/checkout is subject to availability first and prior written Operator’s approval is required. Any unapproved early check in is subject to availability and extra charge of full night cost will automatically apply
- Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay. Unauthorized additional guests are not permitted and may incur extra charges or cancellation of booking.
- Please present valid National ID or Passport at check-in for all guests for registration in compliance with local regulations.
2. General Guest Conduct
- Please treat the property, furnishings, and appliances with care and respect.
- Avoid loud noise or disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect neighbors and community rules.
- The property is not to be used for parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. (You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only, if permitted.)
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
- Do not tamper with or attempt to move or modify electrical, plumbing, or structural elements of the property.
3. Security & Access
- The premises should be locked and secured when not occupied.
- Do not give keys, access codes, or remote controls to third parties.
- We and property owners reserve the right to access the property for inspections, maintenance, or urgent repairs — with reasonable advance notice (except in emergencies).
- Tampering with locks, security systems, or surveillance equipment is prohibited and may lead to eviction or charges.
4. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
- You are expected to leave the property reasonably tidy upon departure, disposing of trash and recyclables in designated bins.
- Cleaning fees are included in your booking, but excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning charges.
- Mid-stay cleaning may be available on request (for a fee).
- Laundry, dishware, and linens should be used responsibly and returned in a clean state.
5. Damage & Liability
- You are liable for any damage, loss, or breakage beyond normal wear and tear. Costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged directly.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or safety hazards immediately to us. Delays may worsen damage and increase costs to you.
- The use of candles, combustible materials, or hazardous substances is not allowed.
- Guests must not engage in illegal activities on the premises.
6. Utilities & Appliances
- Use utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning) responsibly and reasonably.
- Do not overload sockets or use appliances not provided or approved.
- Do not leave air conditioning, fans, or lights running in empty rooms for long periods.
- If any appliance malfunctions, inform us immediately — do not attempt to repair it yourself.
7. Internet & Connectivity
- Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service (if applicable).
- You may not use the internet for illegal or malicious activities (e.g. copyright infringement, hacking, adult content, etc.).
- The speed and availability may occasionally vary; we are not liable for outages or disruptions.
8. Safety & Emergencies
- Please take care when using features such as stairs, balconies, pools, or other facilities.
- SAM’Z Holidays is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or theft of personal items. Use safes or lockers if available.
- In case of emergency (fire, flood, etc.), follow the safety instructions posted on the property and contact us immediately.
- Do not block emergency exits, fire extinguishers, or safety equipment.
9. Compliance & Eviction
- If you or your guests fail to comply with these rules, we reserve the right to issue warnings, request correction, or terminate the stay without refund.
- Non-compliant guests may be evicted by local authorities or by SAM’Z Holidays at its discretion.
- You are responsible for ensuring your group complies with all rules during the stay.
10. Parking
- Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by Property and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles
- Guests and Visitors are supposed to park only in the designated
place(s) and to the maximum number of vehicles as instructed by the
11. Additional Terms
- These House Rules form part of your Booking Agreement with SAM’Z Holidays.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these rules at any time. The version in force at check-in shall apply.
- Any exemptions or special terms (e.g. pet allowance, events) must be agreed in writing prior to booking.
