Q: How do I book a property?
You can book directly through our website https://samholidays.ae or by contacting our reservations team via WhatsApp or email. We are available in most of the OTAs Like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO & Expedia.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with check-in details.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. All transactions are processed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
Q: What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Q: What documents do I need for check-in?
All guests must present a valid National ID or Passport for registration, as required by UAE law.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, cancellations or changes can be made according to the property’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-14 working days after confirmation, using your original payment method.
