Q: What is SAM’Z Holidays?
SAM’Z Holidays is a licensed holiday home operator in the UAE offering premium
short-term and long term rental apartments across Dubai. We provide fully
furnished, professionally managed accommodation for business and leisure
travelers.
Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book a property?
You can book directly through our website https://samholidays.ae
or by contacting our reservations team via WhatsApp or email. We are available
in most of the OTAs Like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO & Expedia.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with check-in details.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments.
All transactions are processed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated
otherwise.
Check-in & Check-out
Q: What are the standard check-in and
check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to
availability.
Q: What documents do I need for
check-in?
All guests must present a valid National ID or Passport for
registration, as required by UAE law.
Cancellation & Refunds
Q: Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, cancellations or changes can be made according to the property’s
cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Q: How long does it take to receive my
refund?
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-14 working days after
confirmation, using your original payment method.
During Your Stay
Q: Are cleaning services included?
Yes, all properties are cleaned before check-in. Additional cleaning during
your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.
Q: Are towels and linens provided?
Yes, fresh towels and linens are provided in every property.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside any property. Some units may
have designated outdoor smoking areas.
Q: Can I host a party or event?
Parties and events are not allowed unless you have prior written approval from
SAM’Z Holidays. Violation may result in fines or eviction.
Q: Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing before
booking.
Security & Maintenance
Q: What should I do if something breaks
or doesn’t work?
Please contact our support team immediately. We’ll arrange for repairs or
replacements as quickly as possible.
Q: Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all properties.
Q: What happens if I lose the keys or
access card?
A replacement fee may apply for lost keys, access cards, or parking remotes.
Deposits & Damages
Q: What if there’s accidental damage?
Report it immediately. Minor damages may be deducted from your card used during
payment, major issues will be discussed case by case.
Location & Services
Q: Where are your properties located?
Our portfolio includes premium apartments across Dubai’s top destinations —
such as Downtown Dubai and JBR.
Q: Do you offer Tours, Activities or
concierge services?
Yes! We provide you with options to book multiple tours, activity, and
concierge services can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
